2015: voting rights, transit, workers' rights, policing, and more!

2014 was an amazing year for policy change -- we raised the wage at the Capitol and helped lead the charge of overturning the Latte Levy in Minneapolis. We're looking forward to making 2015 even bigger -- and we need your help in creating our policy and legislative agenda for the year.

Join us Wednesday, January 14 at 6 pm for a discussion about our policy agenda for 2015 including transit, voting rights, workers' rights, and police accountability. Food and childcare provided. We'll meet at the NOC office, 911 W Broadway, Minneapolis.

Then join us Saturday, January 31st at 2 pm to dig into one of our central issues for 2015--voting rights. Thousands of Minnesotans can't vote because of a past criminal conviction--many of them people of color. It's time to change that. Join us for our first meeting to plan next steps and #freethevote in our communities.
