On April 15th fast food workers across the country will walk out on strike, joined by tens of thousands of other low-wage workers in standing up to their employers to demand $15/hour and union rights. In Minneapolis-St. Paul, striking fast food workers will be joined by university workers, students, airport workers, retail workers, home healthcare workers, retail janitors, and more in a march from the UofM to the Dinkytown McDonald's.
Leading up to the march workers in other industries will be making their voices heard in their field.
