Pack the House for Transit Equity!

Powerful People,

Transit decisions for our region are made by a group of decision-makers known as the Metropolitan Council. This is a government body that impacts our lives every day, but we rarely have the opportunity to speak directly to them about what our community needs.

On Saturday, May 10th, from 2p.m. - 3:30p.m., the Metropolitan Council will be coming to the NOC Office at 911 West Broadway Ave to ask our community what we need and want in our public transit system.

This is an enormous opportunity, and to make it work for all of us, we need everyone to show up.  Bring your family, bring your friends, bring your kids. This is our chance to have serious influence over whether our neighborhoods benefit from public transit development. The outcome will affect all of us, every day, and we need your voice to become part of shaping that outcome.

Please join us and spread the word. Food and childcare provided.

Powerful People! It is fantastic to see the RSVPs streaming in, and now we need even more. If we want public decision makers like the Metropolitan Council to take the needs of transit riders and our communities seriously, then we need to show up and make our voices heard! If you haven't invited your friends, now is a perfect time to spread the word!
